Shipping and Delivery:
- We endeavor to deliver orders within 5-7 working days after dispatch. However, due to the nature of shipping tobacco products, delays may occur. Factors such as bad weather, political instability, natural disasters, national holidays, and accidents could impact delivery times.
- If there is a delay, the order will be delivered within a maximum of 10 days from the dispatch date.
- In case the delivery exceeds the 10-day timeframe, customers will be eligible for a refund of the paid amount only.
