Order Refund and Return Policy


Introduction:

  3. Delay in Delivery:

    • Should a delivery experience delays, customers may request a refund only after rejecting the delivery and the subsequent return of the parcel to the dispatch location.
  4. In-Transit Orders:

    • Refunds are not feasible for orders that are still in transit.

Special Case: Non-Delivery After Dispatch:

  1. Timeline for Refund Requests:

    • Customers may initiate a return and refund request after 10 days from the dispatch date in cases where the order remains undelivered.
  2. Return Process:

    • The refund will be processed once the order/products are returned to the dispatch source.
